Yes. However, you're modifying the variable used in the URL option of that WebParser, so DynamicVariables=1 on the WebParser is needed, as well as updating the WebParser measure the standard way before commanding it to update. Remember, standard update is updating the option values to their current value (assuming dynamic variables), while commanding the measure to update goes on to retrieve the page source online by WebParser. Both are needed in this case, because as you have it now, you're using the same URL value when commanding it to update, despite modifying the variable. The WebParser measure will not "see" the new variable value if you don't update the measure the usual way, before going to retrieve the data.
