Apologies for so many updates today. I realized there was a mistake on the UTC time calculation in the lua script. It wasn't accounting for dst either, which could cause the isDSTActive() function to become true or false 1 hour earlier or later.
Updated the main post with new 1.1.2 version with this fix.
